Our client in the Telecommunication Sector is committed to ensuring that all existing buildings in fiber-enabled zones are fully connectable to fiber, the technology of the future. To facilitate fiber deployment in buildings, an ecosystem has been established to support building managers and syndics, who play a crucial role in authorizing indoor cabling.
To strengthen these relationships and assist in overcoming challenges with syndics and property owners, we are seeking a Fiber Negotiator for the Brussels region.
Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement: Organize local events and workshops for syndics in fiber-enabled areas to explain the fiber deployment approach.
Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with key internal teams and external stakeholders, including syndics, syndic associations, and public real estate companies.
Partnership Development: Build and sustain strategic partnerships to support the deployment of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH).
Negotiation Support: Assist deployment partners when syndics remain hesitant or unconvinced after initial negotiations.
Framework Agreements: Negotiate agreements with syndics and local housing companies to facilitate technical solutions for fiber installation. (Negotiation of the TOP-200 syndics is managed by a national negotiation team.)
Construction Partner Guidance: Support construction partners by ensuring syndic negotiations align with established agreements.
Project Follow-up: Work closely with local teams to oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery and seamless collaboration with partners.
Quality Assurance: Ensure quality standards are met and KPI targets are achieved on time.
Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for the company's brand values, promoting a customer-centric approach.
Profile
Experience in a customer care or relationship management role.
Strong affinity with long-term stakeholder engagement.
Understanding of professional and consumer markets and their respective business channels.
Strong customer orientation with problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A collaborative mindset, able to work across team boundaries and foster cooperation.
Interest in innovation and emerging business models.
Knowledge or interest in CBU (Consumer Business Unit) and EBU (Enterprise Business Unit) solutions, such as Smart Building technologies.
Understanding of fiber technology, construction processes, and the fiduciary world.
Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch.
Proficiency in Office applications.
