About the Role
Our client in the Financial Sector is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the migration of existing Order to Cash (OTC) / Order to Activation workflows from SAP to PEGA. This role is crucial for analyzing current processes, understanding business needs, and designing optimized workflows in PEGA while leveraging pre-existing flows.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the definition, analysis, validation, and maintenance of migration requirements and business processes for large-scale, complex, and high-risk projects.
Ensure that all functional and non-functional requirements align with customer expectations.
Validate and reconcile business requirements with technical solutions.
Build and maintain business process mappings in ARIS.
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to align on business needs and priorities.
Work closely with Development & QA teams in an Agile environment, including 3 Amigos meetings.
Organize and lead demos for end-users and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed.
Drive continuous improvement in an evolving Agile environment.
Support data transformation and integration projects.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) & Order to Activation processes
Proven experience with SAP Order to Cash (OTC) workflows
Business Analysis & Process Mapping skills
Workflow Migration & Optimization experience
Nice-to-Have Skills
PEGA knowledge
Experience in data transformation & integration projects
