Service Description:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and developing one or more applications used within Asset Management. These applications support the maintenance and expansion of the high-voltage electricity grid. The role requires a strong focus on quality, scope, planning, and budget. The Business Analyst will serve as a crucial interface between business stakeholders and the IT project manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on modeling business processes and defining IT tools to support them.

Develop and validate application specifications with business stakeholders and prioritize changes across different releases.

Validate the functional analysis performed by IT.

Conduct testing and validation of system changes in collaboration with the business after IT development, ensuring successful implementation.

Maintain clear communication with business teams, IT departments, and other business analysts.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent experience.

Preferably a few years of relevant experience.

Strong affinity for IT tools and interest in the electrical sector.

Strong analytical skills with a critical and problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact assertively with various stakeholders.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Customer-oriented and adaptable.

Language requirements: English + French or Dutch (trilingual candidates are a plus).
