Project Description & Responsibilities
Our client in the Insurance Sector is seeking a contractor for the Maintenance Department to perform maintenance and improvement work on production installations within the fields of electricity & instrumentation.
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various electrical installations.
Requires knowledge of classical electricity (motors, relay technology, transformers, bridges, etc.)
Requires understanding of control techniques (PLC, control technology, frequency converters, etc.)
Execute electrical work for improvement projects or shutdowns.
Read, interpret, and create electrical diagrams.
Calibrate and operate measuring instruments for precise measurements.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and follow prescribed procedures (e.g., work permit, LMRA, registration obligations).
Maintain order and cleanliness during and after work.
Report to the team coach and assist the work planner with recording and documenting elementary changes.
Duty Service ("Semafoondienst")
On-call duty applies for an average of one week per month.
Technical Profile Requirements
Education & Experience:
Minimum A2 technical diploma specializing in electricity, electromechanics, or electronics.
Knowledge of measurement and control techniques is a plus.
Certifications:
GII recognition - recognized technician for gaseous fuels is a plus.
VCA Certificate.
B4 minimum (B5 will be obtained during the mission).
Non-Technical Requirements
Ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail.
Flexibility regarding overtime and shifts.
