About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our client's Agile team, collaborating across London, Paris, Brussels, and Poland. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions while mentoring and coaching other developers.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the design and development of technical solutions.
Develop complex features ensuring scalability and performance.
Standardize development practices to maintain quality and efficiency.
Provide technical coaching and mentorship to the development team.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, test coverage, and quality requirements.
Identify and address technical challenges within the team.
Contribute to ideation workshops and suggest product improvements.
Write and estimate technical requirements (User Stories).
Your Profile
Passionate about software development with technical leadership experience.
10+ years of experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in .NET (Framework & Core).
Proven commercial experience developing applications for Azure Cloud.
Previous experience in cloud migration projects.
Methodical, rigorous, autonomous, and proactive.
Strong background in performance optimization and IT security.
Hands-on DevOps experience.
Significant experience in Agile environments.
Team player with an open and collaborative mindset in a multicultural setting.
Ability to coach and mentor junior developers.
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of banking environments is a plus.
