About Our Client
Our client is a leading company in the Energy Sector, responsible for the engineering and development of electricity transmission infrastructure. They are looking for a Secondary Systems Designer to join their project team and contribute to studies related to electrical protection, control & command, automation, and measurement equipment for high-voltage installations.
Your Responsibilities
Design & Study Phase:
Support the Project Manager during feasibility and pre-study phases.
Plan and execute design and detailed studies, including:
Organizing study timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Creating protection block diagrams and detailed principle diagrams.
Assisting in the selection of electrical equipment.
Ensuring compliance with standards and methodologies.
Reviewing detailed studies performed externally.
Checking manufacturers' documents.
Participating in factory acceptance tests for electrical equipment.
Construction & Implementation Phase:
Assist in monitoring low-voltage works on-site, including:
Coordination with operators, suppliers, and electrical installation companies.
Providing solutions for design or implementation issues.
Attending technical site meetings and overseeing testing and commissioning.
Project Completion:
Ensure all LV studies are reviewed and diagrams are updated As Built.
Your Profile
βοΈ Educational Background: Degree or equivalent experience in Electricity, Electronics, or Automation.
βοΈ Experience in Electricity: Experience with electrical design, protection, and control systems.
βοΈ Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Windows Office applications (mandatory).
AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
βοΈ Languages: Very good knowledge of Dutch and basic understanding of French.
βοΈ Soft Skills:
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
Assertive and responsible mindset.
βοΈ Other Requirements: A valid driving license is preferred.

Finalization & Documentation

Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
Degree or equivalent experience in Electricity, Electronics, or Automation.
Experience in electrical protection, automation, and control systems.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Windows Office applications.
