Mission Context:
The Tribe AI is responsible for developing and building augmented intelligence applications. In this context, we are seeking professionals with expertise in Python, specifically Django, to contribute to the design, development, and testing of interactive tools for data annotation and validation of machine learning model results.
As a member of the agile team, the Django Dev Engineer will utilize various skills (analysis, design, development, testing, integration) to collaboratively deliver value at the end of each sprint. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Django templating system, htmx, background job queues, and API connections.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively contribute to the completion of the team's backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and the Product Owner, ensuring that solutions integrate seamlessly into the IT infrastructure.
Help translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions, aligning with the priorities that provide the most value for both internal and external clients.
Collaborate closely with team members to achieve sprint goals, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, open communication, and continuous learning.
Adhere to agile principles, including focus, commitment, openness, respect, and courage, while contributing to the team's success and delivering added value.
Technical Skills & Experience:
Mandatory:
Strong experience with Django and Python development
Proficiency with Git (version control)
Knowledge of background job queues and API integrations
Preferred:
Experience with MLOps or DevOps practices
Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Gherkin, Behave)
Polyglot development skills (knowledge of additional programming languages)
Business Experience:
