As a Security Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate security projects across high-voltage substations, ensuring compliance with security policies, and overseeing projects from conception through to successful implementation. Working alongside a diverse team, your efforts will contribute directly to a sustainable, green, and reliable energy infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead security projects across high-voltage substations, handling all phases from planning to final delivery.
Schedule Tracking: Monitor and manage project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines via administrative systems and tracking tools.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project documentation and provide regular, detailed reporting on project progress, budget allocation, and compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with Security Coordinators and various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Technical Support: Offer technical expertise in security system implementation within the electrical environment, engaging with relevant stakeholders for optimized solutions.
Communication & Presentation: Present project details effectively to stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project goals and progress.
Safety Monitoring: Oversee safety protocols, ensuring contractor compliance with safety standards, and making adjustments as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch; good knowledge of French.
Technical Knowledge: BA5 qualification and familiarity with the electricity sector are strong assets.
Project Experience: Demonstrated experience in security projects or security systems.
Administrative Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
Employment Details:
Location: Across Belgium, primarily in Flanders, including high-voltage substations and service centers.
Work Distribution: 60-70% office-based at the client's administrative sites, with 30-40% fieldwork at high-voltage substations.
Additional Requirements for Non-EU Candidates:
Valid work permit and residence authorization to work and reside in Belgium.
