π Mission
As a Senior Digital Customer Journey Analyst, your primary objective is to analyze and understand the full customer journey across all digital touchpoints. Your insights will contribute to enhancing the customer experience and optimizing digital business performance.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of digital experts, including Product Owners, testers, developers, UX designers, and analysts, taking on key responsibilities to drive data-driven decision-making.
π Key Responsibilities
π Business Needs & Tagging Strategy
β Challenge business requirements for tagging, ensuring clear objectives and well-defined KPIs.β Define a robust tagging strategy and create technical specifications for Front-End developers.β Write detailed User Stories for developers to implement the tagging strategy effectively.
π Data Analysis & Reporting
β Build comprehensive reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).β Conduct in-depth analyses to drive continuous digital optimization.β Present findings using compelling storytelling and data visualization techniques.
π Driving a Data-Driven Mindset
β Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.β Educate and support stakeholders in effectively utilizing data insights.
π€ Project Coordination
β Ensure smooth project execution and follow-up, collaborating with multiple squads.β Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and refinement sessions.
β Required Skills & Experience
π£ Languages
β English: Excellent (mandatory)β French/Dutch: Plus to have
π Education
β Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Economics, Digital Marketing, or Marketing.
πΌ Experience
β Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
π Technical Skills
β Mandatory: Experience with Adobe Analytics.β Preferred: Experience with Content Square, Adobe Target, and Tableau Software.
π Business Skills
β Mandatory:
Strong ability to define KPIs and supporting metrics.
Expertise in creating tagging strategies based on business objectives.
Proficiency in storytelling and data visualization to convey insights effectively.β Preferred: Experience in Agile methodology.
