Job Description: Repatriation Team Business - Banking Sector
Mission Context: The decision, validated by the Executive Committee (ExCo), aims to enhance the current workflow in order to reduce the risks associated with transactions from sensitive countries. This involves the integration of the Repatriation Team Business (RTB) into the new process.
Function Description: The Repatriation Team Business (RTB) will be managed by a team leader and is responsible for overseeing and analyzing incoming international transactions across the Retail, Private, and Wealth Management segments. The primary responsibilities include:
Transaction Review and Management:
Review, analyze, and either accept or reject incoming international transactions.
For Retail clients, communicate directly with customers to collect required documents and information.
For Private and Wealth Management clients, collaborate with relationship managers or designated contacts to gather necessary documentation.
Follow-up and Documentation:
Ensure the proper follow-up of transactions, ensuring all relevant information is documented and archived using the bank's internal tools.
In case of suspected fraud, escalate the case to the AML Operations team.
Compliance and Confidentiality:
A high level of discretion and confidentiality is required due to the sensitive nature of the information handled.
Maintain compliance with personal tax regulations and AML procedures.
This position requires an in-depth understanding of personal tax matters and a professional approach to sensitive client interactions. The ideal candidate should possess both technical expertise and a commercial mindset. Reporting directly to management, the role offers a dynamic and challenging environment with ample opportunity for growth.

Required Experience & Knowledge:
Minimum Experience: At least 2.5 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of personal tax matters
Experience with AML processes and tax analysis
Ability to quickly learn and utilize internal banking tools
Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Experience:
Business Experience:
Initial experience in banking is preferred
