I am currently partnering with a Global Technology client who are looking to hire a Verification Engineer on a permanent basis in Hamburg, Germany. You will be joining the digital team in order to support an automotive 3D LIDAR sensor application project.
Duties will include:
Using verification methods, you will develop self-checking tests and Directed test cases
Run time Library and gate simulations,
Debug problems, and run triaging regressions, tracking bugs, and analysis.
Develop verification plans and functional coverage
Support automated regression and Linux environment tests.
You will need:
A full understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts and C/C++
Python or similar scripting language
Previous exposure to HDL simulators such as Mentor, Cadence, or Synopsys
Experience using UVM and knowledge of System Verilog
Good knowledge of Linux environment for development.
