Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and create engaging digital content and landing pages to support campaigns, enhance user journeys, and deliver impactful digital experiences.
Build visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages using a Content Management System (CMS).
Develop content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
Lead and shape digital content design for web, collaborating closely with UX designers and marketers while adhering to UX writing practices.
Ensure that all content aligns with our experience vision, design principles, content strategy, and brand values.
Plan, analyze, and produce relevant, accessible, and inclusive content and product copy that adheres to brand style and tone.
Utilize user psychology to translate product specifications into customer needs, driving engagement and increasing conversions.
Ensure a consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
Continuously improve our client's website to drive organic traffic, generate online conversions, reduce call volumes, and achieve Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
Collaborate with various teams to optimize digital flows in line with customer journeys and value propositions.
Conduct user research and analyze data to understand user behavior and optimize content for enhanced user experience and conversion rates.
Organize recurring customer tests and A/B tests to validate assumptions and continuously optimize digital interfaces.
Define and monitor performance KPIs, making necessary updates to drive improvements.
Utilize data, insights, and research to make informed content and design decisions.
Monitor customer feedback and metrics to optimize the user experience.
Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance content creation and optimization.
Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design, copywriting, and AI applications.
Actively monitor SEO trends and best practices to maintain competitive content.
Your Daily Adventures:
Create landing and product pages based on templates.
Provide SEO-optimized and conversion-focused copy in four languages (with AI support).
Build webpages within our CMS.
Analyze and enhance SEO and organic traffic.
Utilize tools such as Adobe Analytics, Content Square, and SEMrush to analyze performance and optimize pages based on customer feedback.
Propose A/B testing and continuous optimizations.
Manage stakeholder communication effectively.
Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-up, sprint planning, refinement, demos, etc.).
Who You Are:
You have 3-5 years of proven experience as a UX Copywriter, Content Designer, or SEO Specialist.
You are familiar with AI tools and technologies used in content creation and optimization.
Knowledge of the following tools is a plus:
Contentful (CMS)
Figma (wireframing tool)
Figjam
Content Square (journey and zoning analysis tool)
SEMrush and Search Console (SEO tools)
Proficient in French or Dutch AND English; able to participate in multilingual meetings.
Excellent mastery of UX and web copywriting in French and/or Dutch; knowledge of English or German is a plus.
Familiar with SEO best practices.
Experienced in analyzing metrics and reporting.
Customer- and results-oriented.
Open communicator who shares information effectively.

Capable of working independently and taking responsibility.
Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
