Senior Partner Consulting Manager - Financial Sector

Our client, a leading company in the Financial Sector, is seeking a Senior Partner Consulting Manager to drive and support the development and management of their partnerships. This role is critical to providing teams with insights, strategies, and frameworks to foster successful partnerships. You will work on a range of initiatives, from product management to the design of new partnership frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Management of Partnership Programs: Oversee various partnership programs throughout their lifecycle, conducting detailed lifecycle analysis.
Profitability & Performance Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards to track the success and effectiveness of partnerships. Define key metrics, identify data sources, and produce profitability reports.
Partner Onboarding & Operations: Streamline and enhance onboarding processes for new partners, driving operational improvements.
Framework Design for New Partnerships: Develop and implement legal, financial, and operational frameworks for new types of partnerships, including risk management governance and performance monitoring.
Skills & Competencies:
Strategic Vision & Leadership: Ability to set a clear vision and strategy for partnerships, with the capacity to lead cross-functional teams.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at managing both internal and external stakeholders.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights using advanced analysis tools.
Partnerships Expertise: Experience in managing partnerships from a business perspective, particularly in SaaS and platform economics environments.
Key Differentiators:
Experience in Financial or Banking Sector: Proven track record of managing partnerships within the financial industry.
SaaS/Platform Economics: Expertise in SaaS platforms, with a deep understanding of related business models and project management.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success in partnership profitability analysis, performance monitoring, and process design.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Financial Sector: Familiarity with sector-specific partnerships, including contractual and financial frameworks.
Extensive Product Management Experience: Expertise in managing product-market strategies and leading partnerships through their lifecycle.
Proficiency in SaaS Environments: Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, including years of experience, industry details, and project scope.
