IDAM Operations - Scrum Master

Organization Description

As a global financial market infrastructure, the protection of Client's information and assets is fundamental to the company's business. Security is at the core of our services, firmly embedded in the management systems and processes of the company.

You will be joining our Chief Information Security Office (CISO) in the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team. IDAM is in charge of implementing, operating and managing all the access from, to or within the client's IT infrastructure. This helps to ensure that each individual has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons - provided in a way which aligns to the increasingly rigorous compliance requirements the client is subject to. Services covered by IDAM include access management, user lifecycle management, privileged access management and recertification, as well as providing delivery and advisory services.

IDAM Operations

IDAM Operations runs a large number of day2day services and processes across different technology stacks (Sailpoint/CyberArk). These services range from logical and privileged account lifecycle management over Joiner-Mover-Leaver activity to day2day first- and second-line control and support to IDAM stakeholders.

As a Scrum Master, you will manage the team that is responsible for end2end management of end user accesses throughout the different stages in the lifecycle of their career, hereby ensuring they get the right access at the right moment for the right period of time.

In this role you will:

Lead a team of JML operators
Ensure day2day operational targets and agreed service levels are structurally met
Where required, also provide support to the other teams that belong to the same IDAM operations family
Establish a "first time right" mindset in the team to ensure services are delivered with the right level of quality and in line with relevant process controls as well as security and compliance guidelines
Identify and drive forward continuous improvement where required to help grow a mature and fully flexible team
Provide (build where required) monthly reporting on incoming demand versus outgoing delivery, team versus individual productivity and performance
Centralize and drive timely input for IDAM stakeholder reporting (KPI/KRI)
Manage business stakeholders to ensure both client satisfaction as well as client education where required (to ensure client adherence to standard processes)
Manage business stakeholder day2day escalations upon occurrence (and de-escalate where required)
Ensure timely preparation & orchestration of required Agile ceremonies as well as provide steer in prioritization of quarterly planned run support to change

You will bring:

Experience at leading hybrid (employee and contractor, or multi-location) teams,
Experience working in highly regulated environments, ideally in financial services,
Strong leadership skills to drive the teams to success
Strong organisational and orchestration skills
The ability to (re)prioritize based on criticality and/or urgency when required (on hands and result oriented approach )
Strong communication skills as well as the ability to create good stakeholder networks
