You have supervisory oversight of
Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) activities on-site.
Technical and supervisory support, guidance, and mentoring to the contractor construction team.
Communication and teamwork among all parties.
Developing strategies to improve contractor performance and interface coordination during construction activities (SIMOPS).
The review and appraisal of method statements and risk assessments for technical content and safety considerations.
Supervising staff and provide constructive feedback.
Coordinating the interface between Vendor Representatives and the Contractor.
Managing the Temporary Site Facilities' data and power networks, coordinating subcontractors and resolving site issues and requirements.
Your background
Fifteen years working in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, in the Oil and Gas industry.
High Voltage cable and transformer installation management experience
Instrumentation and Electrical background
Previous experience in a similar role, on similar size projects.
VCA Certificate before starting work on site.
Contract for High Voltage Superintendent to contribute to a renewable energy led plant retrofit in the Rotterdam area.
