Location: Brussels (Hybrid, 2 days per week on-site)

Role Overview:
As a Digital Analyst, you will analyze customer behavior and provide valuable business insights for our client's websites and apps. You will also manage the web analytics implementation, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of core website KPIs. Your role will be integral to understanding online business dynamics across pre-sales, sales, servicing, and support.
Primary Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret digital business functionalities and pain points.
Translate business requirements into tagging guidelines.
Design and develop dashboards in Adobe Analytics.
Conduct proactive analyses to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Ensure consistent tracking, analysis, and reporting of key website and app performance indicators.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years in digital analytics (Medior profile).
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, including complex segments and calculated metrics.
Experience creating Adobe Analytics dashboards.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Contentsquare.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience providing data layer recommendations.
Soft Skills:
Ability to work with limited supervision.
A strong passion for the digital business landscape.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
