Our client in the Telecommunications Sector is looking for a motivated Junior Zoning Back Officer to support infrastructure projects and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders.
Job Description:
As a Junior Zoning Back Officer (ZBO), you will assist in managing projects by acting as a key point of contact for external partners such as project developers and utility companies. You will support project execution, ensuring proper documentation and communication while maintaining an analytical approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, including project developers and utility companies.
Oversee project execution during the work preparation and implementation phases, ensuring priorities are correctly set.
Analyze project plans, assess the impact of works, and propose cost-effective, long-term solutions.
Negotiate and advocate for the interests of our client in the Telecommunications Sector.
Monitor and follow up on contractors' work (both internal and external).
Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation before, during, and after execution.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in a relevant field).
Previous experience in customer communication via phone is an asset.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external parties.
Interest in the telecom industry.
Analytical mindset for solving technical issues.

Languages:
