Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to enhance the end-to-end digital user experience across all touchpoints of our client's Career Wholesale website. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business teams, design experts, and analysts to develop innovative user-centric designs that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business teams to define and prototype new digital concepts.
Review and refine business requirements to enhance usability.
Develop and validate wireframes for new digital screens.
Work closely with the design team and business analysts to ensure cohesive user experiences.
Create compelling content for presentations and UX business opportunities.
Participate in both short-term and long-term project initiatives.
Design and conduct user research to identify usability issues.
Convert research findings into actionable insights for digital improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in usability and UX/UI design.
Maintain the UX research library and toolkit for reference and future projects.
Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced team members.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in user experience research, utilizing various research methodologies.
Extensive professional experience in UX design for large-scale digital business projects within large organizations.
Experience in the telecommunications and ICT industry is highly valued.
Strong background in B2B UX design.
Previous experience as a UX Specialist is preferred.
Technical Skills
Expertise in web content management tools, e-commerce, and self-service platforms.
Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools.
