Field Service Engineer
North London
I am currently partnered with a Global Defence company who are looking for a Field Service Engineer who would be happy to support customers around the world with various technical needs, such as Installations, troubleshooting, commissioning as well as Helpdesk tasks.
You will be expected to:
* Travel to multiple locations across the UK, as well as overseas to offer support to customers.
* Provide supporting on installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and acceptance tests.
* Communicating with management including resolution of issues, and completing a service report
* Ensuring customers are highly satisfied with your service and represent the company to your highest ability.
* When working in the office, you will support the customer service help desk in resolving customer issues via email.
* Make sure your training in continuously up to date, and your knowledge of policies and procedures such as Health and Safety regulations.
Candidates must be SC Clearable
