You have supervisory oversight of
* Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) activities on-site.
* Technical and supervisory support, guidance, and mentoring to the contractor construction team.
* Communication and teamwork among all parties.
* Developing strategies to improve contractor performance and interface coordination during construction activities (SIMOPS).
* The review and appraisal of method statements and risk assessments for technical content and safety considerations.
* Supervising staff and provide constructive feedback.
* Coordinating the interface between Vendor Representatives and the Contractor.
* Managing the Temporary Site Facilities' data and power networks, coordinating subcontractors and resolving site issues and requirements.
Your background
* Fifteen years working in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, in the Oil and Gas industry.
* Instrumentation and Electrical background
* Previous experience in a similar role, on similar size projects.
* VCA Certificate before starting work on site.
