Job Summary:
Our client, a prominent company in the Financial Sector, is seeking an experienced Product Developer to join the AUNPP Customer Footprint squad within the Alliance Interfaces tribe. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, installing, and supporting two critical products (one developed in Java and one in C/C++). This position involves close collaboration with team members, mentorship of junior developers, and engagement with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Support
Design, develop, test, install, and support two primary products (one Java-based, one C/C++-based) for the AUNPP Customer Footprint squad.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Develop and maintain user documentation.
Prepare and deliver presentations to team members, management, and customers as needed.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Work collaboratively with squad members.
Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Integration & Testing
Design, develop, implement, and support internal integration, automation, and performance tests to ensure product quality and reliability.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with solution delivery peers and other technical teams, including Architecture, Support, and Central Components.
