Job Summary
Our client in the Banking Sector is seeking a Business Analyst - Written Channel Strategy to support the Chief Product Owner (CPO) in defining and implementing a strategy for written media solutions. This role involves stakeholder engagement, business case development, regulatory alignment, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap Development:
Support the CPO in defining the written channel strategy and its roadmap.
Contribute to transforming the strategic vision into actionable plans.
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Gathering:
Organize and participate in workshops with business stakeholders to clarify needs and expectations regarding new written media solutions.
Document stakeholder requirements, actions, and ensure proper follow-up.
Prepare interactions and meetings with key stakeholders, including business architects, SMEs, and Product Owners.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment:
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, including legal, compliance, and risk considerations.
Manage decision-making processes in coordination with regulatory bodies.
Vendor & Partner Collaboration:
Represent the client's interests in interactions with suppliers
Gather relevant inputs and develop a comprehensive understanding of vendor offerings.
Business Case Development & Analysis:
Develop business cases in collaboration with stakeholders, considering cost, value, and potential gains.
Conduct detailed use case analysis to refine understanding of dependencies, risks, and impacts.
Reporting & Communication:
Create high-quality presentations and reports for stakeholders at all levels, including C-Level executives.
Required Skills & Experience
Education & Language Proficiency
Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
Good understanding of written media solutions and digital platforms.
Banking industry experience is a plus.
Technical & Business Knowledge
Basic technical understanding of digital solutions.
Knowledge of multi-media platforms is preferred.
